Automatic statistics mechanism computes normal behavior of application logs and metrics. When the number of events written is relatively high or low the anomaly engine will alert you.
If an application went down, XpoLog will identify that no log events are being written, this is an anomaly, and you will be alerted. It is simple to further compute anomalies on IP's, Sessions, Errors, Messages and any other data type. [top]
